The beneficial effects of iodine-saturated air are widely appreciated so we love spending our time at the seaside. The salt cave treatment recreates the healing environment of the Baltic Coast as the cave floor is lined with salt bricks and 3-5 mm salt crystals. On one of the walls we have placed a graduation tower, along which brine flows. Relaxing music and comfortable loungers make your stay in the salt cave a relaxing experience for the body and soul!
WHO IS IT FOR?
The salt cave therapy is recommended to anyone, regardless of age. A visit to the cave during the autumn and winter season is recommended to build up your immunity. In order to experience the health benefits of the salt therapy a total amount of about 10 sessions (two sessions per week) is recommended.

INFORMATIONS
The session in the salt cave lasts 50 minutes and starts at full hour.
Please bring clean white socks. If needed, there are disposable white socks available at the reception.
Access to sessions after 6 p.m. is limited to guests aged 18 and over.
